She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not

Today I'm linking up to the Michaela Noelle Designs Linky Party!
She Loves Me:

1. Color. Looking at all this soda pop makes me so happy!

From Oh Happy Day

2. Thrift Shopping. I am so excited about this recent find! By the way...this is my outfit by Samantha today :)

3. I am spending the summer at Bryce Canyon in Utah with Wesley. I'm leaving in 8 days! We get to real life!!

4. Skinny Belts. I am tempted to wear them with everything! Hello Hydrangea has a tutorial for how to make this adorable belt!

From Hello Hydrangea
5. All things Vintage. Vintage treasures have been inspiring my drawing lately :)

She Loves Me Not:

1. Ticks. They have been everywhere! I so detest the little stinkers, that I couldn't bear to add a picture of them.

2. Leaving my family next week. It has been so wonderful to be home with my family! As thrilled I am for Utah, I am sad this is such a short visit home. Can't I have the best of both worlds?

3. Pants Shopping. I must have tried on 100 pairs of pants yesterday! Why does it always seem impossible to find the perfect fit!?

Cards and Clothes

Just some of my recent cards...

....and my outfit today.

Monday, May 21, 2012 the oven?!

This morning I tried a new recipe for breakfast called Panukakku (don't ask me how you say that :) It was the easiest thing ever! I just mixed all the ingredients and threw it in the oven. It tastes a lot like a pancake, but less flour and more maybe its healthier? ;)

Panukakku (Finnish Pancake)

5 eggs                    2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar         1 stick butter
1 cup flour              cinnamon or nutmeg
1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 375°. Put the stick of butter in a 9x13 pan and put in the oven to melt. Beat all ingredients together until mixed except cinnamon/nutmeg.  Be sure butter greased the bottom of the pan and a little way up the sides of the pan when melted.  Pour butter in pan, sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg to taste on top.  Bake for 35 min.

I think this will be a great recipe for Sunday mornings, you can just throw it in the oven and go get ready! Everyone here loved it :)

On another note... Here is Samantha's pick for today...

Today I'm linking up to Boogieboard Cottage!
