This morning I tried a new recipe for breakfast called Panukakku (don't ask me how you say that :) It was the easiest thing ever! I just mixed all the ingredients and threw it in the oven. It tastes a lot like a pancake, but less flour and more egg....so maybe its healthier? ;)
Panukakku (Finnish Pancake)
5 eggs 2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar 1 stick butter
1 cup flour cinnamon or nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 375°. Put the stick of butter in a 9x13 pan and put in the oven to melt. Beat all ingredients together until mixed except cinnamon/nutmeg. Be sure butter greased the bottom of the pan and a little way up the sides of the pan when melted. Pour butter in pan, sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg to taste on top. Bake for 35 min.
I think this will be a great recipe for Sunday mornings, you can just throw it in the oven and go get ready! Everyone here loved it :)
On another note... Here is Samantha's pick for today...
